Integration Key

Generate notifications for a specific PagerDuty service.

Use this method for optimal integration.

Procedure

  1. Generate an Integration Key.

  2. Copy the Integration Key.

  3. In Firefly, select Settings > Integrations.

  4. Select Add New > PagerDuty.

  5. Enter a descriptive name in the Nickname field.

  6. Select Integration Key from the Integration Type field.

  7. Paste the Integration Key in the Key box.

  8. Select Next.
