Under App registrations, verify you created the Firefly app.
Under the API permissions of the Firefly app, verify that the Grant admin consent for Firefly box is checked.
On the Subscription page, select the subscription you integrated. From the left menu, select Access control (IAM) > Check access. Enter the Firefly application ID and verify it has 3 roles assigned.
